As the sole managing partner and senior executive of Trovare Capital Group, Randy Cecola brings together a successful track record as an investor with a history of buying, operating, advising and selling middle market companies across various industry sectors. Cecola focuses exclusively on making private equity investments in middle market companies in partnership with management across a broad spectrum of opportunities.

Collectively Cecola with or through Trovare has invested in companies ranging from early stage venture investments to acquisitions of established businesses to acquisitions of distressed companies via a 363 and ABC process. The performance of these investments, accomplished during an increasingly competitive period and under various market and economic conditions, has consistently exceeded client and investor expectations.

Cecola is an active and involved investor who work at all times to bring his expertise and resources to bear in support of management and its efforts to create and build value. He is committed to the highest standards of integrity and to building close and lasting relationships with his management and corporate partners.

In a variety of markets, Randy has demonstrated the ability to evaluate a company’s business prospects, to make difficult judgments on value and pricing, to see value where others may not, and to provide near certainty of closing. Trovare and Cecola have closed pursuant to every executed LOI except one and that was the decision of the Seller, not Trovare or Cecola. We have engineered successful strategies to execute long-term acquisition and divestiture plans and have raised money in complex capital market transactions.
