- Target investment size for initial equity investments is between $0.5 million and $10 million with total enterprise values between $5 and $25 million. However, larger and smaller transactions are considered on an opportunistic basis.
- Revenues of at least $10 million with an organic growth rate (excluding acquisitions) of at least 5%.
- Current EBITDA of at least $500,000 with positive cash flow for the last three years.
